Class Descriptions

Barre - An adult ballet class designed for a total body workout combining exercises both at the ballet barre and in the center of the floor. This class can help you burn fat, lift your seat, tone your arms, inner thighs and provide you with a stable center (core). Exercises are designed to strengthen and tone the entire body and give you a long and lean physique. This is a fast, effective and intelligent way to transform your body.
Barre Fusion - An energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. You don't need any dance experience and you certainly don't need a partner. This class offers the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat fast.
Open Level Mat - Learn the 18 Beginner and 12 Intermediate Pilates mat routine in this challenging class. Mat classes help stretch and strengthen muscles and improve core strength. The class may use small accessories and props, such as light hand weights, bands, bars and Magic Circles. Sign up is required for this class.
Pilates Jump Board - Get ready to work out. You want cardio, here it is. Not only will you improve our stamina, but you will tone your abdominals, legs and glutes. We will throw in some arm work to round it all off. Try it. You will love it. This class is limited to 3 participants. Sign up is required. A client integration session is required prior to signing up.
Pilates Systems - Want to get toned and sculpted inside and out? This class utilizes the Gratz Reformer, Wunda Chair or Tower. Work every major muscle group while paying special attention to alignment and symmetry. This is a wonderful way to gain strength, flexibility and connect the mind and body. Leave the class feeling rejuvenated, balanced and energized. This class is limited to 3 participants. Sign up is required. A client integration session is required prior to signing up.
Pilates Tower - Take your mat class to the next level with Pilates Tower. This class is limited to 4 participants. The class enhances Pilates mat work by utilizing the resistance of the Tower apparatus. Tower classes are suitable for intermediate level clients who are comfortable executing exercises on the mat and transitions on the Cadillac. This class is limited to 4 participants. Sign up is required. A client integration session is required prior to signing up.
TRX - Born in the Navy SEALs, TRX Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. TRX leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.
Yoga - A beautiful combination between beginner yoga and Vinyasa Flow. This class utilizes specific postures, breathing techniques and relaxation to develop muscular strength, flexibility and body awareness for relaxation and healing. The Vinyasa Flow cultivates a strong mind-body connection by linking your physical actions with the movement of your breath. Expect to flow through an eclectic blend of poses in dynamically arranged sequences that challenge your strength, flexibility and balance. To enhance your yoga experience, class will end with time to quiet the mind and soothe the body. You will leave feeling longer, stronger and rejuvenated. Level 1/2 - a multi-level class for clients who are just beginning or who have been practicing yoga and know their limitations.
